CHAERYEONG

Main dancer of ITZY. Born Lee Chae-ryeong on June 5, 2001 in Yongin, Gyeonggi. Her flexible, delicate dance lines give texture to the group's performances.

Road to Debut

In 2015 she competed on JYP's survival show SIXTEEN (which formed TWICE) but did not make the final lineup, and she had earlier appeared on K-pop Star 3. After years of training she debuted with ITZY in 2019. Her older sister is singer Lee Chae-yeon.

Stage Style

Soft lines reminiscent of contemporary dance combined with precise movements are her strength, drawing particular attention in dance practice videos and fancams.

Individual Activities

She has grown her own fan base through variety shows, pictorials and collaborative content with her sister Lee Chae-yeon.

2025–2026

She renewed her contract with all members in September 2025 and is taking part in the 2026 TUNNEL VISION world tour and Motto promotions.
